Midnight

Just my melancholic, cheesey, and mostly wacky thoughts. More importantly, what my set of witty, overly opinionated friends think about them.

Silence...

I'm back in Denmark, after two weeks of being home. It was a relief to be back in Manila, seeing my friends, my family. More importantly, I was there to face brewing problems, and help in making the hard decisions about family and business. It was really empowering to be in a place where I have complete control... where I'm independent... where everything is more understandable... where everything is familiar.

I was silent in the blogs because I was home, and I was happier. I find it hard to articulate happiness. I always fear that talking about it would jinx the happy times, I guess...

It is also nice to talked to you over the phone even in a short conversation. I was hoping for you to be the one to answer the phone, but I always was in a wrong timing. You were out. When I was calling your home, I always asked Mike if you're home but sadly, you were not, but thank God that you were the one who answer my call a day before your departure. It was a good chat. You know...that was the first time to talk to you. I'm always afraid of you (did you know that?...ask Mike) because I thought that you are a snob and I was wrong (Ok,ok..don't judge a book by its cover)

I know that you are a Harry Potter fan...sayang you left 16...the released of HP book 6 and I was going to invited you to our book launching party at Rockwell and Glorieta (Mike doesn't want to go eh) Got some HP freebies :D

Being silent in the blog...nah..that's ok...you deserved a big break (though you need to work..but having a REST..well..*inggit talaga ako sayo, Kuya!!!*

Anyways, thanks for the time talaga.
